A retrieval system for broken and retained implant fragments — for the revision cases where part of the original construct has fractured in situ. The system includes a comprehensive range of trephines for coring around well-fixed components.
When an implant fractures and a fragment is retained in bone or cement, removal can be the most demanding part of the revision. The Heritage Broken Implant System provides dedicated instruments to locate, engage and extract retained fragments.
